Greek Holiday Haul!

I don't know if you all know already but i recently went on holiday to Rhodes for the week. I had such a lovely time (not enjoying being back in freezing england) and took advantage of the Greek beauty products ;) And there was a Sephora - heaven! Aah.  But here it all is..

So that is everything. I think it's a pretty good haul myself ;) I absolutely adored going in to the greek pharmacies and looking at all the beauty brands like Korres, Vichy, Avene, Apivita (you couldn't get me out of there). Nor was there getting me out of Sephora! It wasn't a huge Sephora but i was still amazed as i'd never seen one before and had to pick some stuff up.
I was also surprised how cheap the BB Cream was (only 7.40 euro's) which is much cheaper than the UK £10 price!
And the last place i thought i'd get my hands on the MAC Marilyn Monroe lipstick i've been after since it came out was Rhodes. It's sold out everywhere in Manchester so i jumped at the chance when i saw it in Rhodes - how could i resist?

What do you think of my Big Fat Greek Haul? Anything else i should of picked up?

Anyhow, i thought it'd be great to get some new things for kit, have a little look around and take advantage of the discounts. NYX and Essie guys!!

Clothing Haul!

Haul?! What? Yessss, i recently made a little clothing purchase from Tesco online to be picked up in store and also picked up a few things in Primark that i thought i'd share with you guys! It's not lots but i feel like i got some good winter essentials that are very versatile. But be warned, most of it is black or grey. What can i say, the more flattering the better ;)

Photobucket
Brightest top of them all! Tesco - £5
Photobucket
Simple grey top! Been wanting one to shove on with jeans, shorts etc for ages. So versatile! Tesco - £12

Photobucket
Leather panel leggins! Perfect for my evening makeup course (have to wear all black) & lazy college days! Primark.
Photobucket
Primark Men's hoody! To keep me warm through winter and shove on when i'm feeling lazy (majority of the time). Plus at £12 it's much cheaper than the Topshop/Topman alternatives.

Photobucket
Jeans from Primark! These are so stretchy and remind me of my trusty Topshop Leigh jeans! They are much lighter in real life and are soo comfy.
Photobucket
Hard to see on the picture. But it's simple a 'tank' top which is short at the front and really long at the back. This will be great for my makeup course with jeans or leggins and was so affordable - £4!! Primark of course.
Photobucket
Another amazing bargain find from Primark! Casual grey tee from the front with a sexy lace back. Love this soo much :) £5 of beautifulness.

There you have it - my recently clothing purchases! Hope you all like :)

Have you bought anything new recently? Any clothing items your lusting after?

London Haul!

So, considering i went to London for 3 days you probably think i bought loads, right? Wrong. I didn't buy masses of stuff i didn't need. On our main shopping day where we had a wonder all the way down Oxford Street, my boyfriend did the most shopping - he loved it! Whereas i didn't see too much that i liked and didn't see the point in spending all my money on rubbish i didn't really want or need.

I'd really wanted a leather jacket for absolutely ages so i knew that was definitely on my 'to by list'. Also on my list was the Real Techniques Core Collection, 17 Miracle Matte Primer and Body Shop Hand Cream. All of which made it's way to my basket! But, here is what i got...

Photobucket
Here are my beauty purchases (not much i'm impressed). I've already been loving the Real Techniques brushes and 17 primer with my Laura Mercier Mineral Powder and Nars bronzer (which you can see here).

Photobucket
Here are the jewellery purchases. The collar is from H&M - i can't take it off! Nor can i take off the silver bangle from Monki, it was a mere £3 and it slides on the wrist to look like two thin metal bangles! The other bits are from Camden Markets.

Photobucket
Now here are two purchases from my favourite shops in London, it was the first time i've been to either or these shops and i loved them! The lace peplum top was another Monki item, £8 in the sale which i thought was amazing as it looks great on a night out or in the day with a black vest top underneath. The grey top is from Bershka - another £8 sale item! I love the studs on the shoulders.

Photobucket
The playsuit is from New Look (another sale item). I was surprised this playsuit suited me as they normally don't but this looks great and i can imagine me wearing it a lot - day, night, holiday!! Jeans - boring huh? These are from New Look, similar to ones i liked from Topshop but with a cheaper price tag so i couldn't resist. I also couldn't resist these floral pants from Zara again, pants don't normally suit me (i'm more of a jean, tights and leggins girl) but these looks amazing and definitely make a statement!

Photobucket
Last but not least, two more Zara purchases. Zara really impressed me, i'm sure the ones in Manchester aren't as good :( I literally squealed with excitement when i found this leather jacket, it feels so soft (like real leather apparently) and the best part is.. it was only £40! Cheaper than the ones in Topshop/Miss Selfridge which don't feel as nice and cost more. I also picked up this bag for £10, i'm unsure whether to keep this as i wanted a handbag as opposed to a shoulder bag. But i do like this as it's pretty big.

So yes, that is everything i bought. I wouldn't say it was a lot but it's not exactly little either ahaa (and i did by gifts too!) I don't know, shopping wise i loved the shops we don't get in Manchester like Monki, Bershka, Liberty. I weren't that impressed with though Forever 21 unfortunately.

What do you think of shopping in London? And what are your favourite shops (i like being nosey)?

Birthday Haul!

Hey all! So i asked on Twitter if you'd like to see what i got for my birthday (which was yesterday if you're wondering) or what i got from london. The response was birthday haul so here it is!

I had a bit of a dilemma this year - i had no idea what i wanted present wise (normally, i have a list as long as my arm) But this year, there were only two things i wanted: Rio Sonicleanse and Burt's Bees Grab Bag but, sadly the grab bags are no longer available :(

Anyway, on to what i got from my family & boyfriend..

Photobucket

My Mum and Dad decided to go a little mad in Boots and get me a goody bag full of stuff. My mum said 'there you go, here's a haul for your blog'. I can't wait to use everything, might take me a while though. They know me so well: hand cream, hairspray & mango - perrrrrfect.

Photobucket

The Skin Wisdom stuff is from my boyfriends parents - i got a body lotion which is rose scented (yay) and a body oil which i can't wait to try.  And i finally have my hands on some Burt's Bees products - finally - thanks to my parents! And a little manicure set for in my bag for any nail emergencies.

Photobucket

My mum & dad also got me the Rio Sonicleanse which is a more affordable version of a Clarisonic and well worth it in my opinion. I've already used it and like it already. Can't wait to review it for you in the future. I also got the new Katie Price novel off my Nanna - don't judge me but i love them!!

Photobucket

Last but not least are the presents from my boyfriend. He bought me the Nars 'Casino' bronzer when we was in London as so many people recommended it! And he also demanded to pay for the Laura Mericer Mineral Powder Foundation too. Both products i am LOVING and so glad i got! He also surprised me to Topshop Vectra's which i forgot to get in London. I'm so happy with these, they're super comfy and look amazing!

Anyhow, that's everything i got present wise - everything i wanted and more! I got bits of money too go shopping (which i did today) and get anything else i was lusting after. Safe to say after my birthday and London i don't need to go shopping for a while!

Is there anything you're lusting after recently? Whats on your wishlist?

p.s. The London haul is on it's way tomorrow!

Something a little different: Weekly 'Round up'!

Hello! I never do a sort of my week in pictures thing 'cause i'm really not that interesting. But this sunday i thought i'd share a few purchases and tell you a little bit of what i've been up to!

Photobucket

Say hello to my new baby! I've been lusting after this Michael Kors watch for soo long. It was 'limited edition' in Harrods for a little while and i was so upset when it was no longer available in the UK, so upset, so when it became available in Beaverbrooks on thursday i knew i had to have it! It is the most gorgeous watch (in my eyes anyway) and it's even more pretty in real life. I am in love.

Photobucket

Photobucket

Here's a little look into my makeup collection! I'm kinda addicted to eyeshadow even though i don't wear it every day! As you can see i only need 7 more mac eyeshadows to fill my palette, which ones should i get?! Recommendations please!
Oh and i purchased this organiser from Muji to keep all my 'main' makeup in a tidy, easy to see way! I highly recommend these it looks much more sleek and everything is separated into sections.

Photobucket

Small makeup haul! After i smashed my MUA eyeshadow i realised how much i did in fact like it. Expect a full review to come, it's a great eyeshadow for £1!  It was 3 for 2 in Superdrug the MUA products cost me a mere £4 - bargain...
And i can't even describe how beautiful this powder looks, i don't want to destroy it.. so pretty...

Last but not least - here is my new hair do! Please let me know what you think.. it's taking a lot of getting used to. It's slightly odd looking in the mirror and seeing my hair this light. I do love the colour though :)

That is all.

Recent Makeup Purchases!

Some things i picked up out whilst out shopping, can't resist!

Topshop - Nail Polish - Gypsy Night - £6
A colour i have wanted FOR months. Finally got my hands on it, yay! So happy, even more in love with it now!

Rowfers - Spike Wrist Collar - Afflecks Palace - £1.50
I have wanted a black spike bracelet for ages and when i seen this i just couldn't resist! Bargain compared to the prices in Topshop etc. for a similar thing! Love this!

Primark - False Eyelashes and Hair Slides - £1 each
Another great bargain these false eyelashes they look so long and full and luscious. Can't wait to wear these! There's a few other Primark lashes i have my eye on too ;) and hair slides are just a necessity really!

Topshop - Lipstick 'Ohh la la' - £8
Topshop - Cream Blusher 'Neon Rose' - £6
Both lovely coral colours, been lusting after this lipstick for a while, to me it's a more flattering version of the Barry M lipstick 54 - i love this colour. If you like corals - check it out!
The blusher again is a bright coral pink shade - so smooth and gives a nice fresh slick of colour! (Thankyou to my boyfriend for these and the nailvarnish!)

Small Haul!

Here are a few things i picked up when i went shopping on that 'snowy day' in Trafford Centre and Manchester.

Look Lipstick in Shade 4 - Toffee Cup - £7
You can imagine my joy when i arrived at Trafford Centre to find a new, huge Superdrug which has Look Magazine cosmetics! yaaay! After seeing so many blog posts about Look cosmetics i knew i had to buy something. So i settled for this lovely, milky pink lipstick (review to come).

Skirt - Topshop - £12
I picked this skirt up in the sale in Selfridges. I was so happy! Not long ago, i broke the zip on my other bodycon skirt so, on the hunt for another one, i couldn't resist this with the leather along the top. It's perfect, such a lucky find.

Top - H&M - £9.99
I was searching for a top to wear with the skirt - considering this is black and white i thought 'what the hell' i'll try it on. I actually really liked it with the skirt and decided to buy it as i could always return it if i decided i didn't like it (outfit to come).

Dress - H&M - £15
At first i was a little unsure about this dress. To be honest i just bought it because it looked OK and i couldn't find another. Now i love it. It was so hard to picture - but it's a bright, cobolt blue. Amazing, i absolutely love it for day and night! (outfit to come)

 Dress - Primark - £10
I bought this specifically to go out in. Another LBD that i absolutely love. It's very flattering (sucks you in) yet it does look very 'sexy' with the sheer parts. Overall i think it's bargain purchase. (outfit to come)

Natural Collection Blusher - Peach Melba - £2
Last but not least, a blusher i have heard quite a lot about. I used to use Natural Collection when i first started out with makeup and have heard lots of good things about this blusher. A smooth dusky, pink - so far so good. (review to come)

Hope you like my haul and the few things i picked up. All will be featured in upcoming posts!
