Other ways to follow me..

After recently hearing about Google Friend Connect not being available for non-blogger websites i thought i'd let you know other ways to follow me and keep updated with my blog. Also these are just really good websites for 'social networking' for your blog and signing up to yourself:

The first website (my favourite) is www.hellocotton.com - i love this website for following blogs it is so easy to navigate, my posts appear simultaneously and i can send a 'message' to all my followers on there. You can connect with hellocotton via your facebook account or by signing up. I do recommend you sign your blog up yourself! I check it everyday, you can discover new blogs so easily it really is great. So check the website out and follow my blog http://www.hellocotton.com/mypage/justapeaceofclothing :)

Another website which i'm sure everyone knows about www.bloglovin.com - i have only just recently (in other words - today) figured out how to get my posts to appear on this website, i don't understand rss feeds and all that stuff. So now i have finally done it (yaay) go follow me http://www.bloglovin.com/en/blog/3492965/peace-love-and-fashion and all your other favourite blogs because most blogs are signed up to bloglovin'. You can easily see all the blogs your following down the side, you can like posts and see popular blogs too - easy peasy! 

I am also a member of www.bloggers.com  - which is a site where you can follow and make friends with bloggers and also discover blogs by 'popular' 'recent' and 'country'. You can also talk about different topics. It is really great for discovering new blogs and making friends with bloggers that are different from you and maybe blog about technology or food. I don't love this website but i do check it regualrly http://bloggers.com/nadiarrxo :D

I'm sure everyone is familiar with www.twitter.com - you simply follow whoever you like (providing they have signed up of coure) and their 'tweets' will be on your timeline. You can 're-tweet' tweets and 'mention' people and also direct message them. So follow me here: https://twitter.com/#!/peaceofclothing where i tweet all sorts and you can keep up to date with my latest posts (i tweet about them) and see what i am up too.

You can also follow me on instagram, which is only available for iphone/ipod touch users (download from the appstore) where i just post pictures about upcoming posts, recent purchases and my life in general really. My username is - nadiaa_xo

11 Things About Me: 
1. I am allergic to hair dye :'( boohoo.
2. I am scared of the dark. Still. 
3. I love white technology: white phone, white ipod, white tele... you get my drift.
4. I enjoy the scent of 'cinnamon and apple'
5. I adore owls - they're are so cute. 
6.  I really like caramel latte's. 
7.  And tea. Cuppa tea's are my favourite drink - 5+ a day!
8. I have a wide range of taste in music from Nicki Minaj to Arctic Monkeys.
9. I LOVE MAKEUP! although sometimes i wish i wasn't so into it..
10. I am quite 'stingy' or 'tight' with my money - i like to make the most out of my pennies!
11. I'm a real 'home girl': jama's, tele and food! But i do like my 'wild' nights with the right people :)

1. Would you rather have Messy Hair or No Make-Up? 
Messy hair! I feel much more confident with makeup on so messy hair wouldn't bother me. I'd make it work :')
2. Movies and Dinner or Night On The Town? 
Depends on my mood - 7 times out of 10 it'd be a night in, pyjama's and takeaway, but sometimes your just in that party mood! 
3. What's your most worn item? 
Probably black leggins (a staple in most peoples wardrobe) or my parka coat! I live in that coat - rain, wind and snow - it is my saviour! Honestly i can't stop wearing it.
 4. What's your favourite meal? 
Mexican - Nacho's with cheese, mild salsa and sweet chilli sauce. Then chicken enchilada's and wedges. Then chocolate brownies! Yum yum, delicious!
5. Do you prefer Lipstick or Lipgloss? 
Lipstick all the way! Never used to wear lippie until a few months ago, now i'm definitely obsessed with the stuff! My collection has started.. 
6. What are your opinions on the online Beauty Community? 
So far, everyone has been extremely supportive and nice to me which i'm so pleased about. But, there are definitely haters, especially on Youtube, i think it's mainly due to jealously and general pettiness. Overall i think the majority of the beauty community are so supportive and kind!
7. What's your most amount you've spent on a piece of make-up?
About £30-ish. Not too much. I can't justify spending too much on something that will run out soon enough.
8. Are you a Flat's type of girl or Heels? 
FLATS! It's all about the comfort. Although i think heels look so much better and if my feet didn't kill wearing them then i would, all the time!
9. The one thing you would change about yourself? (If anything)
There's a few things to be honest, as there is with anyone. Everyone has things they would like to change. There is not one single thing i would change really, why bother, noone will ever be perfect!
10. Describe your dress sense? 
Anything that i like really. I like my wardrobe to have a mix of blacks and dark pieces along with the white and neutral so i can mix and match. When buying a piece i like to think beforehand what i can wear it with - if it's not versatile i won't tend to bother unless it's amazing. So i guess my dress sense is versatile, comfortable and modern.
11. What's the one piece of advice you would give someone that was lacking in confidence? 
Find happiness within yourself, spend some time alone and don't be afraid of that. If you feel comfortable being alone then eventually you will become more confident. Think of all the good things you have and all the positive things about your life and focus on those things rather than noticing the negative. Count the reasons you are lucky.

What’s your name ?

My name is Nadia.

Where do you come from ?

I'm from Manchester, England. Born 'n' Bred. 

How old are you ?

I’m 16 years old.

What’s your job ?

I'm a college student.

What camera do you use ?

My camera is a Sony Cyber-shot. Model DSC-W370. 14.1 mega-pixels. Good quality pictures and video's!

What software do you use to edit photos ?

I use 'Photobooth' or any other Apple apps.

Do you have any piercings ?

I have three piercings: my ears, my belly button, and my hip (which i love) and planning more soon.

Where do you get all your jewellery ?

Most of my jewellery is from Primark! So cheap, affordable and cute. Although i have a lot of stuff from Topshop too, which i almost always pick up the sale, not purposely though. I have an amazing watch necklace from my nan (vintage) and Republic has some good purchases too.

Where do you buy your clothes ?

Oooh anywhere and everywhere. I love Topshop! River Island, H&M, Zara, Vintage Stores, Miss Selfridge any high street shop really. 

Do you dye your hair ?

I'm actually allergic to hair dye :( 1, 2, 3 - awwww! Although i didn't find this out until i dyed my hair black a few years ago. But i used to have highlights all the time, using the cap, so it didn't touch my scalp and i didn't react. But i hated my roots showing through! So, i had it dyed back to my natural haircolour. Long story. I had this stupid ring thing around my head (like one of them things you put round  a cat/dogs head after they've been to the vets) so it didn't touch my scalp. Luckily the dye was the right colour so no roots, yaaay! It was really black at first, now the sun has faded it a little, so it looks like i have highlights.

What product do you use to keep your hair healthy ?

I change what i use quite a lot! I used to love head and shoulders - but now i'm using Pantene Pro-v and i love it. Aussie Miracle Moist Conditioner is amazing. I also have a hair mask i bought on holiday (Rose of Bulgaria) which i use 2-3 times a week. My heat defence and hairspray are Tresemme! 

What make up do you use ?

My basic day-day makeup changes a lot. But it's pretty much all MAC. Sometimes Pro-Longwear Foundation or sometimes Select spf15. I love my MAC Mineralize Skin-finish! LOVE IT. And the Blot Powder. I use the Wet 'n' Wild Cover All Concealer Palette. MAC gel eyeliner or my Maybelline Pencil Eyeliner. Avon SuperShock Mascara MY FAVE, so good! 

How did you 'learn' makeup ?

I watched Youtubes video's since i was about 13, followed blogs, went to beauty counters- then practice, practice, practice and experiment! I love makeup and even though i'm not training in makeup at college i do plan on doing makeup courses in the evenings and in the future. I'd like to be qualified as a makeup artist but i'm also doing psychology, sociology, english lang&lit and philosophy at college. So i'll see where i go from there. 

On this blog: I'm going to be reviewing, doing tutorials, favourites, tips and tricks, Face of the Day's, hairstyles? (maybe), fashion looks\lusts, wishlist's. OMG ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING TO DO WITH MAKEUP, STYLE, BEAUTY, SKINCARE, JEWELLERY! Anything to help make us girls look and feel absolutely beautiful.
